Ifeoluwa George Olaniyan is an astute creative, a deep thinker, and a polymath. He deploys these gifts to our world, as an integrative life coach. He is certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neurolinguistics Programming, Corporate Mental Health, Counselling, and a Marriage Counselling Facilitator for Prepare Enrich UK. He is committed to helping people change mindsets in ways that inspire growth and transforms their life and experiences.

He is an author, speaker, teacher, and organisational trainer. He is the convener of the Rebirth Conference.

His signature mind and behavioural change course ‘Limitless’ has helped many reform their minds and belief systems, clarify their identity, goals, and life pursuits, as well as shape and simplify the development of new and productive habits to keep them engaging appropriate actions that guarantee a life of meaning, productivity, and fulfilment.

He is a firm believer that life should be lived with meaning and purpose, for influence and impact that point men back to the One who brought the universe to exist.

His core interests are in optimising human behaviour, belief systems and the general functions of the human brain, mind, and spirit. And most of his works and resources are expressions based on these interests.

The Nigerian born Ife George lives a quiet life in a peaceful part of Cambridgeshire in England, with the absolute love of his life Dr Oludoyinsola and their lovely set of twins.

Toyin Ayandare

Toyin Ayandare, a beacon of determination and vision, epitomizes the transformative power of resilience and ambition.

From early challenges in Nigeria to pursuing an MBA at Durham Business School, Toyin’s drive propelled her from McDonald’s floor staff to successful corporate roles. Fuelled by a desire for time freedom and unlimited growth, and ambitions that exceeded the corporate realm. She yearned for a life where she could chart her own course, unrestricted by income caps.

Inspiration struck from unexpected sources, notably the teachings of “The Success Principles” by Jack Canfield and the BBC show “Homes under the Hammer.” This fusion of inspiration and determination gave birth to Icon Range, a property company specialising in Property Development and Property Lettings.

Amidst her burgeoning success in the property industry, Toyin discovered her true calling — to uplift and empower others. From this calling emerged Icon Academy, a platform where she passionately shares her knowledge and experiences, demystifying the property market and making it accessible to all, particularly the youth, Black communities, and women.

At the core of Toyin’s philosophy lie the principles of hard work, resilience, and unyielding integrity. She envisions a world where luxury living is within the grasp of every individual, with the power to reshape lives and communities.

Looking forward, Toyin Ayandare aspires to etch her name into the annals of history. Doyinsola Olaniyan

Oludoyinsola Olaniyan is a versatile woman with multiple skills and expressions that render help, healing and transformation to the human body, mind, and spirit.

She expresses professionally as a medical doctor and with burning passion as a counsellor, coach, teacher,
and speaker.
She is an embodiment of experiences, knowledge, and wisdom suited for transformation in different areas of life, friendships, relationships, marriage, and spirituality. And the core of her work helps to shape perspectives, change narratives, influence dogmas, and disrupt unhelpful mindsets, beliefs, and behaviours in these different areas.
She is a two-time author, certified marriage counsellor and prepare enrich facilitator, a seasoned speaker and teacher, and conference host for “light” and “more than a pretty face”.

Dr Oludoyinsola is married to her best friend and lover, Ifeoluwa George Olaniyan, and they are blessed with two absolute treasures, Fife and Fola.

Benedicta is a Qualified Accountant and Finance Professional with over 13 years experience. She has worked as a Management Consultant in two of the ‘big 4’ Global accounting firms.

Prior to her career in professional services, she worked for 7 years in various UK Government organisations.

She has seen many people and businesses struggle financially; not knowing how to meet up with their financial obligations or understand how the accounting and tax system operates.

Benedicta believes that financial management does not have to be a struggle, hence she uses her skills, experience and passion for everyday people and businesses to help them via her company BeniRatio Finances.

BeniRatio Finances helps Company Directors and business owners, to successfully manage their finances for profitability and scalability; whilst also attending to their legal obligations to Companies House and HMRC.

Benedicta has delivered a number of workshops for private and public sector clients and has been on panels with industry leaders discussing business and finance related.

With a call to ministry and servitude, Kika founded the UK Christian charity; Pure Hearts, a special space for God’s
